Set on the island of Lopud, this six-bedroom villa looks out across the Adriatic and neighbouring islands, just 250 metres from the coast. With no cars on the island, daily life moves at a slower pace, and beaches, restaurants, and walking paths are all easily reached on foot.




Built in traditional stone, the villa retains its original character through features such as terracotta floors and exposed wooden beams, while incorporating modern comforts including air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout. The living area is spacious and comfortable, with a large L-shaped sofa and TV, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a generous dining space for group meals. Several terraces offer additional spots for outdoor dining.

The villa sleeps up to twelve guests across four double bedrooms and two twin rooms. Three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the remaining rooms share two family bathrooms, making it well suited to families or groups travelling together.

Outside, the terrace centres around a private swimming pool and sun loungers, all positioned to make the most of the sea views. Various seating areas provide space to unwind throughout the day, whether in the sun or shade. From the villa, it’s a short walk to sandy beaches, clear water, and local restaurants, including the well-known Šunj Beach.

Villa Jahta is ideally placed to enjoy Croatia's history, culture and fabulous climate, yet is a unique destination, located on a serene, car-free island! The villa's unique location means that access to it is challenging; there are multiple steps up to the villa, which are uneven and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. The island of Lopud, the middle of the three principal Elaphite islands, is brimming with sandy beaches and elegant old buildings, including the famous Sunj beach, the largest sandy beach in the entire Dubrovnik region. Dubrovnik itself is a visual masterpiece. In amongst the winding cobbled streets and vast, beautiful squares of its Old Town, you will find endless tiny restaurants, shops, galleries and cafes. Each twist and turn brings a new delight - from the baroque St. Blaise Church to the Renaissance  Sponza Palace and the Gothic Rector's Palace, historical and architectural masterpieces are tucked away in this majestic walled city. Dubrovnik International Airport is 37km from the villa, while the city is a major hub for those getting ferries.

There are around 200 steps to the villa which due to the secluded location are uneven, therefore this villa is not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
