The interior reflects a sophisticated modern aesthetic, combining elegant dark tones, a matte black designer kitchen, smoked glass details, dark grey mirrors, warm cognac accents and carefully integrated ambient lighting. Underfloor heating throughout the residence and individual air-conditioning units in every room ensure exceptional comfort throughout the year.
The residence accommodates up to four guests in two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), while the second bedroom offers two comfortable single beds (90 × 200 cm). Both bedrooms include a dedicated workspace, a relaxing corner and generous wardrobe space.
The open-plan living area is the heart of the residence, connecting the designer kitchen, dining area and lounge into one elegant space. The spacious kitchen island creates the perfect setting for gathering and enjoying time together.
