COME INSIDE THE HOME

Full of character, Grevillea Loft House pairs cottage charm with a touch of luxury. Striking black timber beams and high ceilings run through the main house, leading to a renovated kitchen with marble-look benchtops, fish-scale tiled splashback and a breakfast bar - perfect for morning coffee from the Sunbeam espresso machine.



Upstairs, the loft bedroom is the showpiece, with soaring exposed trusses, a king bed and its own split system, plus a cosy family retreat just outside. Downstairs, two more bedrooms and two beautifully renovated bathrooms with walk-in rain showers complete the main house.



The adjoining side house has its own front entrance, living area, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom with freestanding bath - ideal for grandparents, older kids or a second family wanting their own space. Everyone can then come together on the covered rear patio, with generous lounge and dining seating overlooking the large fenced backyard.

Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, Grevillea Loft House is approximately 2.1km from the Dubbo CBD, just a few minutes' drive to cafes, restaurants, shopping and Dubbo's sporting grounds. Taronga Western Plains Zoo, Old Dubbo Gaol and the Western Plains Cultural Centre are all a short drive away, as is Dubbo Regional Airport - making it a convenient base for both holidays and work trips.

- Security Cameras: For guest safety, operating security cameras are located on the exterior of the home, covering the entrances. There are no cameras inside the home.

- Stairs: Internal stairs lead from the main living area to the upstairs loft bedroom and family room. There are also external steps from the deck up to the upstairs bedroom balcony.

- Side House: The side house is not internally connected to the main house. It is accessed via its own front entrance, with a rear door opening onto the shared covered patio.

- Wood Heater: The wood heater in the main living room is decorative only and is not for use.

- Dining: The dining table seats 4, with additional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar and the outdoor dining setting on the covered patio.

- No pets.
