HEATING AND COOLING:

Central Loft features reverse-cycle split system air-conditioning in the living area and both bedrooms, keeping the apartment comfortable year-round. Guests can open the bedroom doors to let cooling or heating flow through the whole apartment.

Central Loft is a four-minute drive from Dubbo CBD, home to much of the region's dining, entertainment and shopping. Blend Sixty-Six Cafe is under 100m away for morning coffee, with You Galah (400m) and The Harvest (500m) also close by. South Dubbo Tavern (950m) offers daily happy hours, trivia and live music, while Okami (850m) serves Japanese dining using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Dubbo Square is a five-minute drive, with grocery, fashion and food retailers, and Ashcroft's IGA is less than 50m from the front door. STAIRS: Central Loft is accessed via 20 exterior steps, as the apartment sits above the ground-floor shops.

PORTACOT: A portacot is available on request. For liability reasons it won't be assembled by our team on arrival, and cot linen isn't included.
