Other Things to Note
Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.

Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their work at the scheduled check-out time, a charge of AED 350 per hour will be applied from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. After 1:00 PM, a charge of AED 1000 will be applied for the late check-out and cleaning delay.

The property is intended solely for domestic stay and not for any commercial business operations.

Please return the access cards in good condition upon checkout. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee of AED 3500 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
