Welcome to my comfortable studio apartment in Sadaf 8, Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), offering a prime beachfront lifestyle in one of Dubai’s most vibrant and sought-after communities. Guests enjoy easy access to the beach, along with building facilities and private parking.



This well-appointed studio is ideal for solo travelers, couples or friends looking to enjoy Dubai’s beachside living, with practical amenities designed for a relaxed and convenient stay.



JBR is known for its lively atmosphere, beach clubs, cafés, restaurants, and retail outlets. From the apartment, you’re just steps away from The Walk at JBR, JBR Beach, and within minutes of Dubai Marina, making it a perfect base for leisure and exploration.



The studio features an open-plan living and sleeping area with TV, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. Large windows bring in natural light, creating a bright and welcoming space.



The kitchenette is fully equipped and includes a washing machine for your convenience. Hotel-grade bed linen and towels are provided, along with initial toiletries such as shampoo and soap to ensure a comfortable arrival. Complimentary tea and coffee are also included to help you settle in before your first grocery run.

House rules:

⋆ Consent to House Rules: All guests must provide written consent to the house rules on chat before access is allowed.

⋆ Personal Information: Please provide the home address, email address, and passport copies for all guests at least 24 hours before check-in. Failure to do so will result in an inability to check in.

⋆ Booking changes are not guaranteed and depend on the host’s discretion.

What you need to remember:

⋆ Early Communication Request: We kindly ask that you share any concerns or issues with us directly, giving us the opportunity to promptly assist you.

⋆ Key Policy: AED 1,000 charge per lost key or key card. A call-out fee of AED 500 applies for door opening due to lost keys, in addition to the key replacement cost.

⋆ Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment; AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations.

⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.

⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.
