**Important things to note**
Once you have made your booking you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to provide both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so as soon as possible to complete the booking process and enable a quick and easy check-in.
Damage deposit arrangements are also managed through Truvi. You will choose between buying a non-refundable damage waiver for $35/£29 or paying a refundable damage deposit $500. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as it protects you in case you cause accidental damage during your stay and is a cost-effective option.
To comply with Dubai Tourism mandate, the accommodation is fitted with keyless access which requires an APP download. You MUST provide a valid email address as this is required for the Keyless app invitation. Failure to comply will delay check-in. Access to the accommodation is app-based; no physical keys are provided for the door access.

Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check in and to meet our obligations with the Tourism authority, we kindly ask you to provide passport details of all guests through your guest portal.

Your passport will only serve the following purposes:
1. register your stay with the Tourism authority
2. notify the building security to allow you entry

The Tourism Dirham fee is AED 10 per bedroom per night.

House Rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture, and no parties whatsoever. Please adhere to House and Community Rules and to Dubai Laws and Regulations at all times.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, this is a NON-SMOKING property. Please refrain from smoking inside the property.

This is a self-catering property. For your convenience we provide a few essentials for your arrival until you can visit a supermarket. Please note that consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and additional toiletries are not provided.

The cleaning fee included in the booking is for the check-out clean. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, you can add a midstay clean in your guest portal once you have booked.

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

Lastly, please be aware that Dubai is constantly developing, and as a result, there may be active construction nearby or renovations within the community or building that could potentially cause noise disturbance. As accommodation in the building is privately owned, we are not made aware of this in advance.

Guest Registration & Identification

Under Dubai`s holiday home regulations, all guests staying at the property must be registered with the relevant authorities.

Valid passport or applicable Emirates ID details are required for all guests as part of mandatory government registration.

Guest identification and registration information must be provided securely before arrival to facilitate check-in.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

All guests must comply with applicable building and community security procedures.

Property Access & Smart-Lock Requirements

In accordance with applicable Dubai holiday home security requirements, our properties operate approved smart-lock access systems designed to provide secure and convenient entry.

Guests will receive an email invitation with instructions to download and activate the designated keyless-entry app before arrival.

The activation process normally takes only a few minutes, and a short instructional video is provided to guide guests through each step.

To ensure a smooth arrival and avoid delays at check-in, guests are kindly requested to complete the activation process before travelling.

Community Rules & Guest Conduct

Quiet hours: Please respect neighbours at all times, particularly between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Excessive noise, parties and disturbances are not permitted.

Visitors: Visitors must comply with community security requirements and may not remain at the property between midnight and 8:00 am.

Residential environment: Guests and visitors must respect the family-oriented nature of residential buildings and communities.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in designated non-smoking areas.

Children: Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and communal areas.

Property care: Guests must not alter, damage or misuse the property or its contents. Alterations require prior written approval.

Parking: Only designated parking spaces may be used, and community parking regulations must be respected.

Waste disposal: Rubbish and recycling must be disposed of in designated areas and must not be left in corridors, public areas or communal spaces.

Shared facilities: Swimming pools, gyms, beaches and other amenities must be used responsibly and in accordance with building and community rules.

Complaints: Guests should promptly notify DVH Holiday Homes of any maintenance issues, disputes, disturbances or complaints.

Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with these rules may result in appropriate action, including termination of the stay where permitted by applicable law and the relevant booking terms.

Guests may be responsible for proven damages, additional cleaning costs or other charges where permitted under the applicable booking terms and conditions.
