Schönes, gepflegtes Business Hotel auf der richtigen Seite der Marina. Strand und Metro fussläufig erreichbar. Hat uns als kleine Familie gut gefallen. Pool klar klein aber zum chillen ok. Frühstück Luft nach oben aber insgesamt auch gut. Ist nicht das Ritz oder Raffles - bedient Mittelklassetourismus und Masse. Aber grds. eine Empfehlung.

Top Adresse direkt in der Dubai Marina
Top 5 Sterne Hotel direkt in der Dubai Marina. Das Hotel ist neu, sehr modern ausgestattet, außergewöhnlich gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen. Gegen Aufpreis buchten wir vor Ort ein Upgrade für eine High Floor Suite mit Balkon und Sicht auf die Marina und den Jachthafen, dies alleine war bereits ein Highlight des Aufenthaltes. 5 Sterne Niveau absolut gerechtfertigt 👍 …nur wer gerne viel Zeit am Pool verbringen möchte sollte ein anderes Hotel wählen. Der Pool ist klein und der Ausblick bescheiden. War für uns aber nicht relevant. Die Lage vom Hotel ist super auch für fussläufige Aktivitäten wie dem Besuch der Marina Mall (direkt neben dem Hotel), dem Marina Walk mit unzähligen Restaurants und Bars oder dem 700m entfernen JBR Beach.

Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina, ein wirklich sehr gutes Hotel. Der Service, insbesondere die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals, sind einmalig. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer der besten Lagen, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Marina Mall, Marina Beach, JBR Beach, AIN Dubai, div. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles direkt vor Ort. Hervorragendes Restaurant (Charm Thai) mit schöner Sitzmöglichkeit im Außenbereich direkt im Hotel. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr zu empfehlen, viele nationale und internationale Speisen. Es lohnt sich ein Zimmer im oberen Bereich, mit Balkon und Blick auf Marina, zu buchen.

Absolutely fantastic hotel in a perfect location at the Dubai Marina. Our stay was excellent. It was close to the Metro, and the tram with easy access to the center of Dubai as well as the beach and Palm Jumeirah. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Dubai.

We had such a fantastic time at the Crowne Plaza Dubai marina. It caters well for families and we would give it top marks for customer satisfaction. The location on the marina is fantastic, with a short walk to the marina mall, mini kids playgrounds and a nicer say 15 minute walk to JBR. Our room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was fantastic. The most memorable part of our stay was the customer service. We have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels. Staff here were some of the best we've interacted with. I'd like to thank the staff on the reception desk for a great welcome and quickly trying to rectify the booking cost discrepancy. We would like to offer a huge thank you to Hom. He took a proactive effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Hom hailed cabs, gave advice on the best way to get to our sight seeing locations and generally welcomed us every day with a huge smile and offer of help. As we would come from breakfast we found ourselves looking around for Hom. The manager at dinner time and breakfast staff (particularly Daniel) we're also role models of fantastic service. The food was nice and there was an array of choice at both breakfast and dinner time. There was also a nice sweet treat display for children every morning which was nice. If we come back to dubai this would definitately be at the top of our list for hotel stays. Thank you Crowne Plaza DM!

Good Hotel, great location but not a 5 star
Its a nice hotel but missing the normal grandeur you would expect from a 5* hotel in Dubai. At best it should be a 4* hotel. Plus is the location and easy access to the Marina Promenade, which is brilliant if you fancy a late night walk around the Marina. We booked 4 rooms for a family get together for 27 nights in total but when we reached none of the preferences given in advance were taken care of (all rooms on the same floor etc.) plus the lady at the reception "Monalisa" was not helpful (borderline rude) until she realised that I am also an IHG member. She plainly refused to offer all rooms on the same floor but later another staff "Kheroda" was very apologetic and worked with us to offer all rooms on the same floor. Breakfast is good, lots of options and great timings (available till 11am) but based on my experience of multiple other hotels in Dubai, I would probably only give 3/4* to the breakfast.

This hotel turned out every bit as good as all of the reviews I read beforehand. The service is excellent and the staff personify courteousness. The location is excellent right on the marina and a 12 minute stroll to the beach. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!!!

Great experience!
Everyone was super helpful! Mona Lisa was absent at check in and things only got better - with excellent service all round. Only downside was pool didn’t get a lot of sun - but we still enjoyed relaxing around the pool.
