There were few mosquitos while I was there. I noticed instead more bees, butterflies, and dragonflies (which eat mosquitos to my knowledge). The road could be a small concern if you have children or pets as the cars speed past and trees block the view of the driveway. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. It was so well stocked we didn't need for a thing. Grounds and accommodations were emaculate. The pool is fantastic. Had a great time paddling and biking around the area. A historic locking station on the Rideau is within walking distance. The orchard is lovely and we made friends with all the feathered and furry animals!Merrikville ...
