Issues during our stay: one of two ceiling light/fans didn't work; fridge had a loud high-pitched noise and a persistent smell despite being empty; no toilet paper holder; towels had visible stains; shower curtain was dirty; no hand soap; arcade machine in the play area was broken; keypad lock was unreliable, often took several tries; TV only worked if you logged into your own streaming accounts. Dealing with property management felt bureaucratic ...

„I have both glows and grows: Glows: -great location (right next door to an ice cream shop, really close to the swimming pool, giant Dino and splash park) -well-stocked with dishes, cutlery and plates. -lovely wallpaper and interior design and toys for the kids. -air conditioning was a plus (and a must) on hot days and we were able to open windows on cooler days. „This was a great stay. The house is larger than expected, with the rooms laid out in such a way that gives everyone a bit of privacy. The beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was there, including complimentary shampoo and conditioner, which I had forgotten to bring. The host is friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely bring my family there again if we ever visit Drumheller in the future. 10/10 experience“
