„The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. A couple of things though: the door to the room was hard to open . It stuck to the jamb and the floor. The door handle to the bathroom was loose. Besides that it was great. I liked the parking arrangement. Very smooth and easy. If not for the door issues, I would give this place a 5 star review.“

„The loft was just what we needed. My sisters and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at the loft. The place was clean, spacious, and accessible to downtown Cleveland activities. Checking in was a breeze, and the host was very responsive. While we did not have any major issues, he was responsive to my questions that I overlooked in the booking details. I would definitely recommend the loft for your stay. “
