„Nice room, good gym. Breakfast was not very fast“

„Bottle of water not given ar checkin, oe nail clippings on room floor, no coffee pods, dirty water left in Keurig, empty conditioner bottle in shower, nearly empty TP roll with no spare, and complimentary coffee hidden inside the $18 per person breakfast buffet (not complimentary). Definitely the worst experience I've had at a Hilton. It was one thing after another that we had to deal with and a constant distraction from the reason for the trip.“

„Very nice place right downtown. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. A few more kitchen items would have been nice as there is a ton of empty cabinets. A spatula could do well here. Other than the lack of kitchen items, would definitely book this again when we return to Cleveland.“
