„The valet attendants were fantastic; helpful & friendly. As a solo, female, traveling I always felt safe coming and go from the hotel. The doors lock at 10pm and require a room key for entry. The desk attendants were very friendly, always had a hello/good morning/evening. The room was small, but stunning! I chose the hotel for the aesthetics and they did not disappoint! I would absolutely stay again.“

„Very nice place right downtown. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. A few more kitchen items would have been nice as there is a ton of empty cabinets. A spatula could do well here. Other than the lack of kitchen items, would definitely book this again when we return to Cleveland.“
