„Dog friendly, and great location. However you may need to be aware that the access to main living space is up 14 wooden stairs. We had to teach our to go up and down, slowly. I would imagine some older people having difficulty with this too.“

Positives: Great location for exploring south Bruny Island, and handy to the local hotel for meals (we didn't use the cooking facilities). The washing machine was handy, and the shower and hot water was good. Not so positive: The property was a bit cold, even though we used the air conditioner before lighting the wood fire. Once the fire got going the heating was better, however the firebox was full of ashes from ...

„Very peaceful“

„We (my siblings, mum and I ) had two nights at the hideout cabin and it was blissfully peaceful. Beautiful outlook, comfortable beds and natural surrounding. close to ferry and easy to find. Such a natural location - a great stay!“

„We booked this accommodation as a 4-day fieldwork base. The mill house has its idiosyncrasies. As long as you set your expectations for camping conditions in a remote part of the world, you will find the structure to be sufficient. The location is spectacular and the jetty is very impressive. All team members expressed their satisfaction with their stay and would book it again for similar work.“
