„The look, directly from the heights of the river valley, down to the river or the valley mountains on the other side, was breathtaking. The house and it’s surrounding is well maintained and has everything you need for a comfortable stay ( incl. central heating etc) You definitely need a car, as it’s kind of remote. The weather begin of May was cold and rainy, but the house has a lot of space to make even that relaxing.“

„Ein tolles Haus in traumhafter Lage. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Wir haben die Terrasse direkt am See sowie den Pool sehr genossen. Wir sind mit dem Kanu (gehört zu Haus) auf dem Douro gerudert, sind mit den SUP (unser Eigenes) gefahren. Das Haus war sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Sogar der Kühlschrank war gefüllt. Die Kommunikation hätte gerne etwas proaktiver sein können. Alles in Allem: traumhaft “

„A wonderful stay in stunning surroundings. The views on the road from the villa to Peso da Régua are simply breathtaking. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is exceedingly well equipped with every appliance you can think of. The beds are comfortable and all rooms have air conditioning. The pool, although not the largest is ideal and there is a lovely shaded area and bbq. Having said all that, what made it the perfect holiday for us was the warm welcome, care and attention ...

„The villa is truly amazing. It is very well kept, very clean, and very well equipped. Jessica, our caretaker was wonderful. She was prompt and flexible and kept the kitchen very clean. Marcus, the owner, was very responsive anytime we asked for something or needed a change of plans during our stay. It was a wonderful experience. The only suggestion we have is a bit of variation in the breakfast menu.“
