"The room was in a generally poor state - there were no proper blinds, just a light voile, so there was no way to darken the room. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The central heating was not working, so there was an air conditioner with a heating function, which was very noisy. The seal from the shower screen was not intact anymore, so there was plenty of water leaking. The toilet seat was not fixed, but only lying loosely and had no lid. The location was convenient and staff friendly."
