The reliability of the elevators was questionable, but otherwise the hotel was well maintained. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. There was a reasonable variety of dinner menu options and everything I ordered was very delicious. The breakfast was also very good.

First Time Experience
Hotel is nicely tucked away from the main road, which gives it a bit of privacy. Check-in was fast & easy, didn't have to pay anything extra. Pre-booking via hotels.com. Select package for breakfast, you won't regret. Breakfast was outstanding! They also serve buffet lunch & dinner. Staff were incredibly polite & friendly. Hotel sent a mini bus to pick us up from the airport free of charge. Just call them with your flight itinerary. Hot water was instant. ATM available in lobby. A safe & convenient way to get cash. The only negative was the wifi would drop-off occasionally. But with your local sim, that shouldn't be an issue not stay here. Overall first time experience was very pleasant!

Reliable, clean, and great service
I’m a repeat customer here and have never been disappointed. The service is always excellent including the airport shuttle service. I didn’t eat at the restaurant this time around but in the past it has been very good. Rooms are clean and quiet.

Stayed overnight due to an early flight the next morning. Scheduled airport shuttle in advance - driver was a bit late but no big deal. Food was good at the restaurant and room was adequate.

Stayed here for one night with my sister before heading to Limbe. Courtesy shuttle driver was waiting for me at airport upon arrival (arrange with hotel in advance if you need this service). Hotel is not far from airport and close to restaurants and a great bakery (Zepol). Had dinner at hotel restaurant, which was good. Room was basic but comfortable and service was good. Would definitely stay again.

Bad reception with the receptionist
I had to carry all my luggage by myself to the hotel room after I had waited for six hours before they could check me in because I arrived at about five in the morning, and the receptionist was very rude to me as he told me I had to go out and only come back and check in at midday.

Complessivamente è un ottimo hotel, livello di pulizia e servizi vari offerti dalla struttura sono decisamente ottimi, personale accogliente e professionale, posizione centrale nel quartiere AKWA e dunque ottimo per soggiorni di lavoro. Complessivamente lo valuto come un'ottima struttura e con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

distance de l'aéroport...
Pour ne mettre que 20 minutes depuis l'aéroport pour rejoindre l'hôtel, il faudrait qu'il n'y ait pas de circulation, ce qui n'est jamais le cas. Comptez plutôt 40 si tout va bien !
