„Stunning interior and definitely a great place to be for the holidays. Best experience I’ve had in the past year! Thank you“

„We loved staying in this property. It had so much charm and was very well kept. It was very close to Guildford which was great for walking in to go to the pubs and shops. It’s a 5 minute walk to the train which was excellent for commuting into London. Would definitely recommend. The only caution I would say is that the stairs are very steep so if staying with elderly or young kids to be mindful. Otherwise great stay!“

I wasn’t provided with any until the next morning as there was no one at reception until 11:00 the next day. The room didn’t have a bin either which makes rubbish management difficult. I was also never given any information on whether the plates etc. were for use by anyone or of they belonged to permanent residents. Check out is at 11 ...

„An authentic Sussex farmhouse in a quiet setting“
