Experience authentic Greek village life - by the sea! Excellent for digital-detox, family holidays, or low-key remote work. The house is in a peaceful Greek village by the sea between Athens and Patras, boasting a large garden. It is only 90m from the pebble swimming beach.

A full 65m2 house on the ground floor set in a 1000m2 section with a lot of greenery, including olive, lemon and Chinese plum trees. The upstairs house is not occupied, so the entire garden is available to our guests. The house consists of two bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds) and a comfortable double coach bed in the lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The house is fully furnished and fully equipped so that you can travel light :-)

The historic city of Nafkaptos, where you can both enjoy stunning sights and purchase anything you might need, is 18km away. The ancient sanctuary of Delphi where both the Oracle spoke from and is also the omphalos (navel) of the earth is only 80 km away. Within 2hours you can be at Ancient Olympia or Ancient Corinth!

The village of Marathias, Fokida, where the property is located has two minimarkets, a butcher and a number of eating establishments.
