„Geräte und Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen: Fehlende Glühbirnen, Abdeckung der Schrauben des Handgriff in der Duschkabine, wacklige Scharniere in der Küche, Spülmaschine uralt. Sauberkeit: Insgesmt Ok, aber Töpfe schmutzig, Wasserkocher total verkalkt. Hauselektrik mit Warmwasser müsste mit Instruktionen erklärt werden. Kontakt der zur Hiöfe angegeben war, nicht erreichbar. TV und Dvd nicht funktioniert, kein Holz für Kamin. Schöne und ruhige Lage.“
