Delightful Stay with Room for Perfection at Conrad
My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Conrad Hotel in Sardinia, and I wanted to share our experience. Firstly, the hotel's location is nothing short of stunning. The beaches are beautiful, with crystal clear waters and just the right size of waves to enjoy. It was a true paradise for my wife, young daughter, and me. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded from a junior suite to a regular suite, which made our stay even more comfortable. The additional space and luxurious amenities in the suite added to the overall experience. However, I would like to provide some constructive feedback, which I hope will be taken in the spirit of helping to improve future guests' experiences. We noticed that the water drainage in both the sink and shower was not optimal, which might need some attention. Also, we found that the lights along the footpath to the hotel were often not turned on at night. This was a minor inconvenience, but improving it could enhance the safety and accessibility for guests. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and location, yet I was surprised that there wasn't much variety of the rightly famous and excellent local cheese on offer. To conclude, our stay at the Conrad was memorable and enjoyable. The few issues we encountered were minor and did not significantly detract from our overall positive experience. We appreciate the hospitality and look forward to possibly staying with you again in the future.

Booked 4 nights in October and extended for an extra night as we were enjoying all so mugh. Staff were amazing and the winning edge of this property Overall the total offering of this resort (pools, beach, spa etc) were fabulous! Re the fabulous beach, one can order food, drinks etc straight to one’s comfortable sunlounge! Highly recommend.

Great hotel! Great stuff! We booked Oasi Deluxe Room and it was more like mini villa. Shuttle to the beach going constantly. Beach is beautiful and very well maintained. Highly recommended!

The location was beautiful and the arrival was well catered to, our room was taken care of and the staff were very helpful and accomodating. The food was amazing and consistent, the variety of pools was also great and felt like guest had a lot of personal space and privacy. The barman from the top bar was very energetic and made some great cocktails. Upon check out we did request a hotel transfer which unfortunately was not correct and there was alot of frustration with the incorrect ordering of a car (could not accommodate our luggage) and then the request for further payment for a larger car after we had already paid for the initial booking. We checked out from our second hotel and there was a repeat of the incident and they immediately rectified the error without any additional cost. It would have been appreciated if the same had occurred at the Conrad due to the error.

Find another place. Not worth it
This hotel is not what you expect from a Conrad in Europe. To be honest my overall experience was decent because I was with my family but there are a few details I would like to make you aware of. 1 - The amenities are not up to the brand standard. The beach restaurant is terrible, the main restaurant (Terazza) is awful. I expected a lot more from the food; especially because this is in Italy 2 - The staff wasnt super friendly. They did not go out of their way to make the experience more enjoyable. Also, they lacked training 3 - Many of the staff were seasonal and they didnt speak italian or english 4 - This is a 5* hotel but it shares amenities with lower end hotels. Nothing bad to say about the other hotels; but the quality of the amenities is more like a 3* I am not much of a complainer but honestly I wouldnt recommend it. There are much better value for money options out there.

Posizione panoramica e vicinissima alla spiaggia. Livello di qualità altissimo in tutto. Vacanza da favola. Purtroppo ho pagato il supplemento della camera Delux Laguna con 2 letti matrimoniali ma ho trovato la camera con un solo letto. Chiederò il rimborso.

Servizio purtroppo non all'altezza di un hotel 5 stelle e con queste tariffe. Personale al concierge ed all'accoglienza ed i ragazzi del servizio spiaggia molto gioviali e professionali . Per il resto stendiamo un velo pietoso, incluso il personale di sala di cui si salvano davvero in pochi.Le migliorie da fare sono molte per poter parlare di un albergo 5 stelle. A cominciare dal cibo di qualità mediocre rispetto agli hotels di pari livello che si rispettino, a partire dalla colazione dove quello che viene servito a la carte è di scarsa qualità come il buffet. Lo stesso vale per gli ambienti esterni che avrebbero bisogno di una manutenzione. Il percorso spa molto curato all'interno ma le vasche esterne con i pulsanti idromassaggio rotti e le tessere del mosaico staccate dalle pareti.. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura 4 anni fa e mi sembra che le cose siano decisamente peggiorate.

We visited Chia Laguna for the first half of our honeymoon and it was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, nothing was too much trouble for them. The accommodation was beautiful and we received an upgrade to a beautiful garden room. The whole resort was clean and tidy, especially the pool which can always be a hard place to keep pristine but it was immaculate. The food was beautiful, not only in the main restaurant but also there was a brilliant selection at the buffet across in the other hotels too. We also arranged to do a cooking lesson through the hotel which was great fun, a visit to a local family's house to make 2 types of pasta followed by sitting down to eat lunch with the gamily - what a wonderful experience! A thoroughly enjoyable stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone!

Chia Laguna a beautiful hotel
Fabulous hotel, reception staff are fabulous and extremely helpful. Beach is stunning and plenty of exploring other beautiful beaches left and right of the hotel beach. We stayed in a deluxe lagoon room, although fabulous we would suggest staying in a sea view room. Every day you can get the shuttle to the beach, which is 5 minutes and they run back and forth all day. The only issue we found was the in the main restaurant and A La Carte restaurant the staff struggled with understanding English, which is probably our problem not theres. In the main restaurant the staff would only offer us one drink and then not again. I think they could do with some more staff in the restaurants, as this let it down.

4 nuits en couple superbes moments relaxants
Très belle chambre et service extra. Nous avons pris une junior suite en demie pension et avons profité de la plage privée. La nourriture est excellente change tous les soirs et le service en général parfait. Merci a Elena qui nous a aidé à organiser le renvoi d une veste oubliée dans la chambre. On reviendra!

Staff were amazing and very accommodating .i had a later flight and wanted to stay a little longer after checkout. Since my room was no longer available They provided me with a courtesy room so i could shower and relax before my flight. Truly above and beyond. Exactly what you expect and appreciate from a five star hotel Grounds were well maintained cultivated and beautiful. Rooms were very Clean. Food was also very good. Bed was firm but very comfortable . The king is actually 2 twin beds put together which was not a problem in the Superior room all and all a wonderful stay

Clean, nice spa, good food and gorgeous beaches just half a mile away reachable either by shuttle or walking. Hotel facilities are in excellent condition and the hotel staff is always professional and kind even on crowds situations.

Non male. Ma si può fare meglio .
Personale affabile e disponibile Struttura consigliata per famiglie Prezzi sono piuttosto alti ma ovviamente essendo un 5 stelle a Chia quasi fronte spiaggia ... Colazione e cena, cibo in generale , non spicca per ricercatezza e cura in quanto essendo una media grande struttura fa più il numero che la qualità . È' chiaro che è nella media delle grande strutture. La palestra e' carente , vecchi attrezzi è piuttosto calda .
