This resort is stunning and it is one of the best I've ever stayed in. Bonita at reception provided a good service. The restaurants in this resort provide outstanding service with politeness and a smile. At the deli restaurant, Suvro, Neeraj, Presila, Ishak and Sasam are fantastic at that they do. At Parisa, Saloni, Terry and the rest of the team there are so friendly and cheerful. Food was also delicious there. The ladies only spa is amazing and clean with great facilities. A Nepali lady showed me around and a Turkish lady gave me a great massage but unfortunately I didn't get their names. The outside swimming pool is clean and warm. The staff at this resort make an effort to build a relationship with their guests and are willing to go the extra mile. All staff are bilingual and work hard in what they do. Mehtab, Waqas, Roshan and Isaac in the Valet team are brilliant with their service. There was a small misunderstanding regarding "extra charges" but this was soon rectified however one of the staff there was a bit rude towards my husband but then did apologise. Overall, a beautiful resort with a lovely atmosphere. I would definitely come again and I hope I do very soon ❤️

We stayed in one of the villas and loved its private walled garden and pool. Room service is excellent for breakfast. Gym and spa are amazing. Pools are heated and extremely clean. Be surprised by the large gardens. We recommend the north tour and desert safari plus wonderful museums

I booked a solo trip to Qatar in November and I came across this lovely hotel. I have to say it’s one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been too, the staff here deliver exceptional customer service. My flight arrived at 06:00am and I got to the hotel at 08:00am. The room I booked was a deluxe king size bed with balcony, my room wasn’t going to be ready till 15:00pm. However, they go above and beyond here at this hotel. They are fully committed to delivering the best customer service and they certainly did that. They upgraded me to a villa for three days no extra charge and when I tell you this villa was so beautiful and amazing Mashallah. I honestly did not feel like even leaving my villa or even the hotel for that matter. This is my first time in Qatar and it has been such a wonderful experience and they’ve made it that much more. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel, it’s 10/10!! All the staff are amazing and friendly and always have a smile on their face. Nothing is too much for them, the hospitality from them is so nice. A few staff members I would like to mention who’ve made my stay lovely is , Mr Baseem, Mehtab, Fatima. And it forgetting my lovely housekeepers Karina and Basu. What a lovely trip this has been to Qatar for the first time.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, everything was OK other than services, staff service was always late and things reach the room after calling 2-3 times, in my opinion based on my experience a hotel with bad service is not worth a stay.

Nice getaway
The villa was beautiful. We loved the pool we loved our room and we loved the service. Have to say the food was good great portions and really tasty. Only issue was we had lots of flies in our room to start with. which we complained about then they came the next morning with pest control and the issue was sorted. Yes the flies were annoying but they dealt with the problem . All in all a good stay and we would go again when they are having a special offer . Lol .

Bad room service
Overall was disappointing,,, Diffenitly the resort looked nice. We booked a suite with a balcony and it was nice and comfy but at an evening time the room service was very bad I called three times asking for something and never came then when we decided to order a diner to our room I called four times and honestly nobody answered and I had to order KFC from outside the resort and to struggle with security to allow this delivery due to the restrictions attributed to COVID 19

should try this super friendly 5 star hotel
My vacation was perfect, and everything was between than what I expected. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would go back again for sure. There are two Resturants open and one in the way, they do have squash and tennis courts. The kids club is fine they can take care of your kids for 80 QAR if you are staying in the hotel, the 80 QAR is to access the four room actives or your kids can enjoy the free facilities which consists of pool, play ground and drawing area. They have friendly staff which can look after your kids if they are 4 years or older. The hotel is famous for its spy which is female only, so I couldn’t use it, so sorry no info there. I would go back again and try one of there private pool villas, just keep in mind that this hotel is quite luxurious and more expensive than its peers in Qatar.
