"We stayed in June in the Sea Wing (the newer section) on an all-inclusive package. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly.
Since the hotel is close to the airport, you can hear airplanes every 10 minutes or so. Also, not everything is actually included in the all-inclusive package (although almost everything is). For example, the beach chairs are not included.
Breakfast was very good. However, the lunch and dinner buffets were disappointing, with rather basic food options. The snacks available throughout the day were nothing special either.
The air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently, even when set to the maximum. I went to reception, and although they said someone had checked it, nothing changed—the room never cooled down (it was 33°C/91°F outside). I even saw another guest complaining about the exact same issue.
Overall, I feel there was a mismatch between the price we paid and what we received."
