THE PROPERTY: FAMILY-FRIENDLY SPACE

This private, self-contained ground-level suite offers approximately 850 sq ft of indoor living space. It features a separate entrance, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and four beds, including a comfortable sofa bed. A folding floor mattress, futon, and travel cot are available upon request.

The fully equipped kitchen includes essential cookware, dishes, utensils, and a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy family dining during your stay.

The suite also includes a private in-suite washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided for your convenience.

Guests have exclusive access to a huge private covered patio of over 900 sq ft and a private grassy garden—perfect for relaxing, outdoor dining, and spending time together.

Free driveway parking for up to two vehicles is included. Free street parking is also available directly in front of the house, except between 3:00–6:00 p.m. on weekdays due to parking restrictions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This listing is for a private guest suite, not the entire house. Guests have exclusive access to a fully self-contained ground-level suite with a separate entrance. The entrance is located via the side pathway to the left of the front door. The hosts live on the upper level of the home.

The suite is maintained at a comfortable temperature year-round with central heating and air conditioning. If you need a temperature adjustment during your stay, please let us know—we are happy to help. Extra blankets are also provided.

EXPLORE THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

A peaceful forest trail begins just one house away, offering a quiet escape from city life. Deep Cove is approximately a 25–30-minute walk away and is also accessible by direct bus. We often enjoy walking there and taking the bus back. The bus stop is conveniently located directly in front of the house.

Cates Park is also within walking distance, and several hidden neighbourhood trails connect the surrounding areas and offer wonderful opportunities to explore.

Nearby Mt. Seymour and the Raven Woods area feature beautiful forest trails for hiking, mountain biking, and exploring. During winter, Mt. Seymour becomes a popular destination for skiing and snowboarding.

Golf enthusiasts will also appreciate having Seymour Golf & Country Club and Northlands Golf Course within walking distance.
