„Location is walkable to some restaurants in the downtown area. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom in the master and shared hallway bath room for the other 2 rooms. This is an older building that has been nicely renovated. The floors do creak and there are folks living downstairs. Upstairs can get hot so you have to turn the AC down before sleeping. There is space for parking one car and additional street parking. Kitchen was fully equipped. Host was very responsive.“

„This was the perfect stay for our Mother/Daughter DC trip. We had six in our group and it was the perfect layout. We ended up using the Metro bus station near the house to get to the Capitol area and it was very smooth. Check in/out were very easy and the house was supplied with everything we needed.“

„We were so excited to stay here. The property was in a neighborhood about 15 min drive from the Capital. We ate at Dennys (3 min drive) where the bathrooms were locked up. The waitress said someone was shot in the bathroom a few days prior and that’s why they were locking them. The interior looked the same as the pictures. „It was 100 degrees in DC the day I arrived. They didn't turn the AC on even though they left 1/2 hour before our arrival time. It took hours to get the apt cool. I texted the owner but didn't hear back until the next day.There was mold in both showers, hair in both sinks and on the toilet and some on the wall. There was old urine on the toilet seat. The showers were dirty. Some towels were stained so we didn't know if they were washed. The soaps in the showers were empty. The rugs were ...
