„Disappointed in the cleanliness of the following ;- doors of dishwasher, washing machine oven and fridge All needed wiping Also there was no cleaning products at all no toilet cleaner nothing to clean the sink or bathroom basin (which I personally clean every day) We were only given one hand towel I would expect one each. „Wonderful house with exceptional facilities located in a gorgeous setting - overlooking the park and a hop skip and a jump from all that Norwich has to offer and it is truly a gem of a city. Absolutely loved my visit and hosts were truly exceptional. Can’t recommend highly enough.“

„Lovely property in an excellent location. It was a short walk into Norwich city centre. There is also a lovely cafe just up the road. The property had everything we need for our stay with our two dogs. Nice size rooms. The kitchen had more utensils than I was expecting. The owner was quick to reply to any queries.“

„This is a magical place. The cottage is cosy, comfortable and well-equipped and the homemade brownies were very welcome. The orchard setting is a beautifully secluded retreat from city life and we would happily come back here again (for a third visit!)“

„Wir hielten uns zu zweit für eine Woche hier auf und haben uns schnell daheim gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter über mail unkompliziert. Ich kann mir auch einen Aufenthalt mit bis zu vier Personen vorstellen, mit mehr Leuten würde es mir zu eng, v.a. auch im Bad. Alles hat gut funktioniert. Unsere Anregung wäre, zwischendurch einen intensiven "Frühjahrsputz" bis in die Schubladen und Ecken einzuplanen, dann wäre der Ort perfekt!“

„Parts of the house have been nicely decorated, but the lounge is tiny with barely room for 3 people, considering there are 4 double rooms. The Kitchen is really well equipped. The location is central, but the house is situated on a social housing estate. We worried about security/safety but were surprised how quiet it was at night. Some clever photographs make it look more modern than it is.“

„The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. The courtyard garden was unloved and the patio furniture was dirty. The flowerpots outside the front door were full of weeds, ...

„This place exceeded my expectations! We had a group of 11 girls staying here and the house was beautiful, spacious and had everything you could ask for. Jonathan was a pleasure to communicate with and was able to answer questions I had, very promptly and with ease. „We booked all of the cottages they were beautiful, very clean and amazing. The gardens were very secure so the small grandchildren where very safe which gave us peace of mind. The games room was good for all especially the Big Kids !! We will be going back and would recommend Fielding Cottages and the Goat Shed to all. Shop and cafe were also amazing“

"Ich besuchte Freunde in Rushall, verbrachte sechs Tage in dem Pub und genoss die freundliche und zuvorkommende Art des Service Teams. Englisches Frühstück gab es für mich sogar vegan. Der Komfort der Gästezimmer ist dem eines Landgasthofes angemessen; kleinere Schwierigkeiten baulicher Art ( schwache Sicherungen, verkalkte Mischbatterien) wurden eifrig behoben. Frühstück im verglasten Dining Room, Spielplatz in Sichtweite von dort aus, Terrasse zum Draussen Sitzen.Parkplatz im Hof direkt vor den Zimmern... Insgesamt möchte ich die Erfahrung dieses charmanten Ortes nicht missen."
