„We were a group of 3 couples and we enjoyed the stay there. Few things that made it challenging - both kitchen and bathrooms are strictly one person areas, too small for more than one. And the dining room was very snug for 6 adults but we were glad to have 6 seats. Beds were comfortable and clean. Would’ve liked extra towels. A deep clean to get cobwebs and railing dirt is needed, but bathrooms, kitchen and living room were clean. Nice to have a garage for storing jeep tops and the neighborhood ...

This is the only place we will ever stay when we come to Grand Junction. It is right next to the campus, so we can walk to the football field and several restaurants.
