The backyard was very private with a hot tub( we didn’t use it, but it looked good.)The house was very clean and well appointed.We used this home as a jumping off point for Sonoma and Napa Valley wine tastings. Quick access to the highways and close to excellent restaurants in downtown Santa Rosa. Would definitely recommend this house!“

„I had a quiet, clean, cozy fall mom getaway in Martha's country cottage. Everything I needed -- comfortable couch and beds, outdoor tables, indoor tables for working and writing and doing small puzzles -- for a little getaway. Surrounded by green, with the only sounds the distant hum of 116 and birds and squirrels.I did lots of cooking, and found enough pans and utensils and spices to make it easy.
