„Beautiful home in a great location! Extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming. Margaretville is close by for shopping. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals but if you’re looking for a nice dinner out the Hidden Inn in South Kortright is outstanding. Paula is a great host and available if needed. Highly recommend this home ! Will definitely be back again!“

„We only needed a place to sleep overnight. House was clean and met our needs. Host was easy to work with“

„The house is a great fit size wise and room wise for a large group. Our 4 families each had private space and also found the common areas perfect for the group to gather around. However, the hot tub consistently had problems staying on. Because of this it also didn't filter well and was cloudy by the second day. This is the second year staying here with problems with the hot tub.“

„Thank you Bonnie and your husband. You have a beautiful home.Description and pictures of home where right on.A must stay kind of place.“

„Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. The layout of the farmhouse was nice with the three bedrooms. My ...

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay at use the fire pit to make amazing s’mores for my little one and family, easy check-in and the host respond to your message. Super fast couldn’t ask for anything better.“

„We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The house is charming spacious, and had more than enough room for our group. The property itself is stunning, with a gorgeous view of the mountains that made it a perfect place to relax. The jacuzzi was a great bonus and the perfect way to unwind after a day out. „Came to do some hiking with some friends. Central location if you are looking to do the fire towers! House as described, though with an older home, the doors are a little wonky. Kitchen pretty well supplied, could use a pasta pot and regular frying pans (there is a cast iron pan). The crock pot was a plus! Nice Solo Stove out back - we were lucky with the weather and had a nice cocktail hour outside!“

„5/5 stars! The home was darling! Anika and Ahsan were incredibly responsive. The house was well stocked, clean, and filled with attentive amenities for guests to use and enjoy. There was a snowstorm while we were there and someone came early to plow and shovel our pathway. We received a detailed guide for local activities and establishments. Would love to visit again! “

„We had an incredible stay at this beautiful converted barn! The location in West Kill is perfectly secluded and peaceful, yet an easy drive for skiing at Hunter Mountain. The space was clean, the linens were fresh, and the host was super responsive. Highly recommend for a cozy mountain getaway!“

„Very clean. Easy to find. Beautiful view, the deck was perfect for morning coffee. Soft cozy bedding and beautiful updated bathrooms. Wished we could have stayed longer.“

„The hot tube did not get over 90 degrees; the shower handle was not attached, and two fire alarms were constantly beeping.“

„The host was amazing and was very helpful. He responded as soon as possible every single time I texted him. The property was amazing very spacious, nice and clean. The grill and the fire pit outside was well prepared for the guest. We were there only for one day and had an amazing time. The only problem I had was we didn’t know that one of the room didn’t had AC and in the middle of the night it was too hot that I couldn’t sleep at all. They have fan for that one room but that didn’t help at ...

„The pictures are not accurate. The two full and one twin bed are in one room upstairs, they are not separated as pictures would lead you to believe. Then three twins are in the living room with the couch, next to the dining room table and kitchen. The unit was dusty and not swept clean. There were dead bugs on the floor and party poppers from previous guest. I have never experienced something like this with Expedia, this was a zero star experience honestly.“
