„Our family stayed at the Lobster Pot in Dennis. It was excellent, the house was very clean and plenty of space. The walk to the beach was a quick 5 minute walk. The back yard was wonderful to sit and have coffee. Matt was an excellent host and very quick to respond to all questions. I highly recommend staying here.“

Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.The only small issue we had was with the front door—it stuck a bit and took some effort to open. „Nice cottage for our family to spend a few days in Cape Cod. Short walk to beach and Sailing Cow restaurant. Good proximity for short drives to other local restaurants, shops and golf. Bathroom is a really tight squeeze to use the toilet and shower. Outdoor shower much better condition and spacious. Kitchen was OK - all the appliances worked and dishes, silverware and glasses good too. Luckily we had some nice breezy nights so sleeping with windows open was pleasant as AC is a mobile unit in the ...
