The sumptuous couch welcomes lazy afternoons amongst the comforting cushions and dozing to the gentle crash of the nearby sea. The generous living room opens to the expansive balcony, nestled between the leafy gums, offering a scenic outdoor living and dining space perfect for sunset drinks or BBQ dinners on a warm summer’s night.

The spacious newly renovated open plan kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and includes a large fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. Gather around the elegant dining table and settle into the chic rattan chairs, savouring the calming spirit of this tranquil beachside abode.
Sink your feet into the soft, velvety carpet when you are ready to retire to your opulent king-sized bed dressed with fresh, professionally laundered linen. The thoughtful design of this chic retreat promises warm, sun-drenched bedrooms and ample storage offering built-in wardrobes in the second bedroom and the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire 2 bedroom penthouse apartment and car spaces in the underground carpark.
The key collection has been made easy, as I use a lockbox system. This allows you to come and go on your own time. Once you have confirmed the booking I will send you through the details on how to find and operate the lockbox.

The Neighborhood:
Perfectly located to explore the beautiful Eurobodalla coast, and positioned at the highest point of the headland between Denhams Beach and Surf Beach, this holiday residence is completely sheltered by stunning coves. The beach is easily accessed via a direct path from the property. Daily dolphin spotting, snorkelling, surfing or exploring the rock pools are highlights of a stay at Soul Shine.

Although a short drive to the heart of Batemans Bay, the exclusive enclave of Denhams Beach is tucked away ensuring it remains a hidden gem to a lucky few.

Getting Around:
Although its right on the beach, its easiest to travel around the area by car.

Please take note that our cleaning fee includes professional cleaning after each guest along with the restocking of essentials such as toilet paper, soap, conditioner etc.

Interaction with Guests:
The host does not live on the property so you won't be greeted in person but if you have any issues while you are there then we have our team close by help out.
