„Great place on Main Street“

„Hosts are super. The “cottage” isn’t what I imagined but it worked out just fine for us and was close enough to the places we wanted to be in. it was a good value.“

„Anee was great and very accommodating. Beautiful property and views!“

„Place was very nice..the hosts were exceptional and easy to message with!..Would definitely recommend this place.“

„quite, clean, and comfortable. Clear instruction and warm welcome.“

„This is a half of a cute little house close to Main Street in Montrose. It has a private entrance. I think the other half might be a rental too because I never saw anyone else on the grounds. The screened in front porch is a charming and unusual feature. The house was absolutely spotless. I’m very picky and I couldn’t find anything that wasn’t sparkling! They provided a white noise machine and a fan in the bedroom. I loved this because I always sleep with a fan at home. The only ...

„The property had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living room and dining area , and a spacious kitchen. We were visiting the nearby Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park.. Our stay was short, but very comfortable.“

„Very nice property centrally located to area activities. House was very clean in a nice neighborhood, and we were provided with well defined instructions for the stay. Rhonda was extremely responsive when I shared concern for area wildfires. So glad I took her advice and continued with my stay because it was exactly as she explained. Really appreciated that conversation. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would recommend.“

„Our stay was fantastic! We would definitely come again! The beds were great, we fixed dinner and breakfasts there, had all the pots and pans and appliances we needed to make great meals. It was very convenient to all the activities we wanted to do. Plus the information we were sent was very informative and useful. It was a fantastic stay!“

„Great option in Montrose. We used it for a golf trip. excellent!“

„We loved our stay at the Beehive. Very clean, well stocked and organized house. Felt very welcomed. Good central location for many day excursions in the area. Would stay again if we are back in the area.“

„The home was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary equipment. The home was centrally located down a quiet street and close to downtown and other points of interest. The host was very proactive and quickly responded to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.“

„A very clean, very comfortable home.“

„Sitting on the back porch and watching the sunrise every morning, while the deer and prairie dogs go about their business, was incredibly peaceful. There were some flies to be dealt with upon arrival, and the bed was... Not great, but aside from that, you are getting exactly as it seems. A very quiet, secluded, peaceful space with not just an incredible view, but an environment that is alive.“

„Clean, comfortable and welcoming. Would happily stay again. Easy to locate and close to everything in town.“

„Place was great“

„Overall, this was a nice property. The host was responsive and helpful. We felt like there should be a large area rug in the living room so you could sit on it, do yoga stretches, etc. The floors are tile and it would be nice to have some floor space, even for kids to lay on and watch TV. The rug in the living room was very small, not very cushy, and only big enough for the coffee table to sit on. Kitchen was stocked well and we appreciated having some ziploc baggies available.“

„The inside is done up nicely. The outside has a lot to be desired. The back patio needs replaced & there were weeds everywhere in the back yard.“
