„The cottage was really lovely and had everything we needed for a quiet weekend away. Conni was really kind and helped us check in later than planned due to traffic and made delicious scones for us. The cottage was clean and well maintained and we really enjoyed staying.“

„A very nice place to stay! Wonderful friendly and helpful landlady and landlords. Great surroundings, remote and close to the sea. Very clean cottage. Cream tea as a welcome, thank you again. And thank you as well that we could arrive at any time as our ferry was suspended. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a wonderful quiet place in a remote valley with great walks as well for the dogs as for people of all ages. Would like to come again.“

„Fabulous cottage lovely base for seeing Cornwall.“

„It`s very basic and small, but clean and tidy - for a week ok. Old fashioned and with damp musty smell (there was an air dehumidifier) - we had to wash all our clothes after this week. Compare to our other cottages in this holiday the performance was lousy and the price we`d paid much too high.“

„Penny Cottage provided a specious, yet very cosy stay, with excellent, easy access to the Camel Trail for great walks and a complete break in nature. We would definitely recommend!“

„We have just had a beautiful week. Accommodation clean, comfy and cosy. Location is just what we needed peace and quiet. Poppy the dog loved it even meeting the pigs. Thank you all for allowing us to stay at this lovely place looking forward to booking again.“

„The cottage was wonderful. I'm sure that this visit was not the last one.“

„A very comfortable, well appointed place to stay with wonderful views of the river. Wadebridge is a perfect place to be able to get to many places around the county and a bonus is a bus stop right outside the apartment!“

„We arrived to a beautiful, clean well equipped cottage. Colin, our host, was very friendly and helped us to settle in. “

„Very happy with the accommodation. Pet friendlyLoved the nautical look bedroom. Didn’t know how to work the heater in the lounge area … wasn’t sure if it was on a timer. Communication with host 5 star “

„Lovely place at the end of the village, quite, lovely little garden enclosed, driveway for your car, sky tv handy when weather bad and plenty of room, lovely kitchen and large conservatory to eat in. “

„Cross Cottage is cosy, comfortable & cleaned to a high standard highly recommended.“

„one of the best self catering i have stayed at on the outskirts of Bodmin for a Winter break this is an ideal please for touring Cornwall, for anyone wanting to set up base to sea fish or fishing in general i have one minor gripe No central heating in the property, but there are electric radiators and extra blow heaters There is a log burner that does kick out a lot of warmth, for the very cold nights, I will return later in the year“

„Very nice place. Is good location to visit Cornwall and Devon.“
