„Die Wohnung liegt in einem etwas älteren Resort. Das Appartement ist das Nächste zur Strasse, es ist aber ruhig. Das Resort wird gepflegt, der Zustand der Appartements ist sehr unterschiedlich. Die Wohnung ist im oberen Stock schön, auch das Elternschlafzimmer ist gross und renoviert. Das Kinderzimmer ist sehr klein und nicht renoviert. Die Bäder und die Küche sind ok, aber nicht renoviert. „Barbara is very responsive and friendly. The location is wonderful and the facility is very nice with a Jacuzzi and a heated pool overlooking the ocean. Security guard on site. The only downsides were no elevators and really tight parking spaces to get in and out of with a larger sized vehicle, no air-conditioning however she is installing ceiling fans this weekend. „I stayed here with my husband, 74 year old father and 4 year old daughter and it was lovely. Having the grill and full kitchen was so helpful, plus 3 bathrooms and laundry were so convenient. We enjoyed the amazing garden right outside our door, the convenience of shops and ocean, using the pickleball courts daily and the pool/hot tub. „We had a wonderful stay! Great communication, easy access. The unit has great views (even nicer in our opinion than pictures.) Very clean, comfortable (great beds), and well cared for. Close to pretty much everything (quick drive to grocery.) Lots of nice little restaurants and shops walking distance or short drive. Del Mar beach is just a few blocks walk south and Solana Beach a few blocks north. Can't say enough good things. Will definitely come back.“
