„Fantastic short stay at this home in Del Mar. House looked like it was recently stocked for VRBO as all the kitchen appliances were nearly new as well as the outdoor grill. Beds comfortable and the house was clean. Couldn't find any beach toys other than towels or any games so be sure to pack those. I would have left some if I had thought of it. „I used to live on 28th street for 10 years so I know the area well and wanted to be close to the River mouth. It's a nice house and great location for Del Mar and close to Solana Beach. The towel rack was coming off of the wall but I fixed it with a proper drywall anchor so it's good to go for years. 3 bedrooms would be nice but the extra bed in the master worked out fine. Easy walk to the beach and that's what we wanted.“

„This house is in a beautiful beach neighborhood in Solana Beach and walking distance to everything in town and great exercise! The house was so homey and the beds were amazing. „The High Tide was fantastic! SO close to the ocean, the infamous Del Mar dog beach, and right off the 101 within walking distance to both downtown Del Mar and Solana Beach (with all its awesome coffee shops, e-bike rentals, and farmer’s market). We came to San Diego to surf and the High Tide met our needs perfectly.
