„It was the perfect location for our needs and fun! There is a lot of fun things to do in the area and this place is in the best location for it all. The host was so easy to access and put a fire pit in for our visit :) The neighbors are friendly and it felt very safe.“

„Communication was excellent with owner. The pool was alot of fun. The house was very clean. 2 fridges were awesome. Lots of bathrooms! The reason i did not give it a 5 is the living room sits 6 with very uncomfortable furniture and the dining room sits 6 with higher chairs, not good for kids and many of the beds were very warped and old. The weekend we were there it snowed and snowed. Lovely but no one came to shovel us out so bring your own shovels (and chairs)“

„The cabin was better than the listing! Kitchen is huge, with an amazing amount of cabinet and counter space. Love the island, and up to date appliances!! Lots of living space. Bedrooms were comfy and the loft is such a plus, my grandson loved the birds eye view of the inside;). We were visited by turkeys, and squirrels. Fire pit and patio were much appreciated! Enjoy walking the property and took a short trip to wander the shores of the Mississippi River at the French Access. Will definitely ...

„The lake home and guest house were perfect for our family. The outside seating on the deck was a favorite of ours every morning and evening. We rented the pontoon and really enjoyed the lake. We used the kayaks one night and wish we would have used them more, but just having them as an option was great. There was a nice selection of games, puzzles and DVD’s. „This is a cute motel. The property was clean and we had excellent communication. We were able to get an early check in when we called which was wonderful. Check in and check out was easy and convenient which doesn’t always happen with motels which have been updated. The walls are paper thin, so if you are a person that needs quiet I would say this is not the place for you. The bathroom was clean but the tub was not updated(think pink). „This was my second time staying here. The property offers a great escape from, well, everything. It is well located just 10 minutes from downtown Crosby full of some great spots! I really enjoy the cozy, quiet feel of the Boathouse. This was my second trip, both of which were in the colder months. It offers great views of the lake, and outstanding sunsets. Everything is comfortable and well maintained. I look forward to trying this out in warmer months.“

„I brought my family to this vrbo for a weekend. We loved the ability to sleep all of us with the use of pull out couches and an air mattress, having 3 full bathrooms was a huge plus and the decor was perfect for the location. We even used the fireplace for a bit because of a chilly last morning. My parents and sister enjoyed the paddle boat. The kitchen appliances were all great—there’s even a coffee grinder!
