„We wanted a peaceful getaway and that’s what got at the Buck Shack. We were a short drive with breathtaking views and landscapes. We enjoyed a campfire with s’mores at night. Enjoyed the sound of nature and birds singing. Had excellent communication with host and most everything we needed when we arrived. The indoor decor is rustic and beautifully decorated with small accents and details. Highly recommend!☺️“

„Lake View Manor was a great house for a quick getaway. The porch has a really nice view of the lake and perfect spot to bird watch. You felt like you were in the trees. The extra large table in the kitchen was perfect for our group to eat together and play games. There is plenty of room and was nice and clean.“

„Great house for a large family reunion. We made a lovely Thanksgiving dinner with this fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need and then some! Wonderfully large dining room seats 12 around the table easily. Loads of lovely dish ware and glassware to have a formal and festive family dinner. Every room is comfortable and spotless. This home is very comfy and cozy and everything you would need. „This was a historic property with all the updates of a modern home. The hosts have made this a real labor of love with cute decorations, household necessities, snacks, and coziness everywhere. There were 2 twin beds in the kids room and a comfy queen bed in the master. We felt safe throughout our stay and got to see all the farm animals just up the road. Would highly recommend to friends and smaller families!“

„The house is really really lovely. all historic wood trims, bumped-out reading nooks, beautiful staircase, etc. The location looks super convenient on a map - right on Main Street - but OH the truck traffic! Even all through the night trucks go by. Like all historic houses, this one is right on top of the street, so sleep was not so great.
