„This was a wonderful experience, very friendly staff who were always ready to help, offering glasses of chilled water in the spacious and well-furnished public rooms and alcohol in the evenings. We stayed in the large Shakespeare room, often used as a Bridal Suite. The spa is great, with a good sized pool, a jacuzzi and unusual sauna. Really good breakfasts served in bedrooms and at the nearby sister-hotel Milsoms. The fine dining at the main restaurant on the nearby River Stour was sublime, ...

„Lovely hotel. We stayed in studio it was spotlessly clean. Only slight thing was to change air conditioning settings you had to stand on arm of sofa, maintenence man came over and helped us though. Very comfy nice and quiet. Great blackout blinds and comfy bed made for a nice lay in. Pub was really quaint nice old features. Breakfast was so good, staff so friendly and helpful. Great location in High Street. Would come back.“
