„We've been coming to 30A for 7 years and this property was the best home we've stayed in. Location was perfect and a short walk to the beach and multiple restaurants/shops. Neighborhood was quiet and the house is quite close to the tennis/pickelball courts and one of two pools. The beds were very comfortable and the home was spotless. We also appreciated that it was well-stocked for cooking meals. 10/10 recommend!“

We would definitely rent this again. On a separate note, RealJoy that manages the property is excellent and stays in constant contact making sure all is well!! LOVED this trip/house!“

„We enjoyed staying in this Grayton beach historic home. There is a lot to love about this quirky cabin. The Grayton shuttle makes this location more desirable as they pick you up and drop you off right across the street. The drivers are friendly and helpful - a wonderful service. I’m not giving a 5 star bc the kitchen is lacking and so is lighting on the back porch. The washer and dryer are outside making it difficult to do laundry in the dark or in the rain- the only time i want to do laundry. ...

„Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Sehr nahe zum Strand und zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Das Haus und die Schwiegermuttervilla sehr schön und stimmig eingerichtet. Das Haus war sauber, jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wirkte aber trotzdem nicht schäbig. Diverse kleine Probleme, wurden sofort von dem Hilfsbereiten Service Team gelöst. Wir hatten einen angenehmen und erholsamen Urlaub “
