„Loved our stay!“

„It was perfect for our needs. Communication was very good and everything worked out. Thank you for the smooth process! As promised, it's very close to the USAF Museum, which I highly recommend to everyone and is definitely worth a visit.“

„We traveled to Dayton to visit the Air Force Museum and Carillon Historical Park and to catch a ball game. What you see in the listing in what you get: a clean, comfortable townhouse with a very comfortable bed. Great location (walk to Dayton Dragons) and restaurants. Two caveats: the stairs are steep and shallow, use caution going up and down. „The property was spectacularly clean, looked just like it did in the pictures, and was a wonderful place to stay before our mini marathon in Troy! Host left us a small present, and was more than wonderful! You can’t beat this property!!!“

„Location perfect, clean and responsive host “

„The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak. ...

„Property owner was communicative and property was as advertised. Living room is not very well-furnished (one pretty ragged couch and a very small corner armchair, no rugs or coffee table, extra seating has to be brought in from the dining room) but the property did have everything we needed. Floors were very dusty.“
