„The cabin we stayed in was the smaller of the 3, it is a little small with the bed down but still very comfortable for 2. There is definitely care that they put into these cabins, by how well they have been built. The bathroom is ample for 2 people and the Kitchenet has everything you need. The barbecue works well and the hosts make sure you have everything you need. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again it was that good and well worth the price for a weeks stay. “

„These hosts are very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They even came looking to find us when we couldn’t find the entrance to their property! The stairs up to the loft sleeping area are very steep, but the bed was extremely comfortable. If someone can’t manage the stairs, there is a pull out sofa also provided. Great location when looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway. “

„This is an amazing property! It’s very clean and everything we needed was there. The lake was so peaceful, and beautiful. The cottage is located in the woods which made it so private. The family loved swimming, kayaking, and fishing all week. We really didn’t need to do anything more than stay at the cottage. We are hoping to make it a yearly thing with family, considering that half of us live in Ontario and the other half are in Nova Scotia. Thank you again to Andrea for hosting us!!! “

„Only second time ever going to Nova Scotia. This was the first time on that side of the island. My wife and I and our dog really enjoy their stay here. Place was very clean. Very nice view. Everything is close by so if you need something at the grocery store or would like to go to the restaurant It is only around 10 minutes drive. Would definitely recommend staying here.“

„My wife and I stayed a week with our daughter, her husband and two grandchildren in this very spacious and well equipped house. On entering the house with on the first day, my son in law said, « I would live here. » We all agreed. It did feel like home away from home, only in an wonderful setting near the sea.“

The west-facing deck was a great spot to relax and take in sea view, sunset, etc. We found good restaurants and cafes within 10-15 mins walking distance; and a small supermarket accross the road. „Our flight was delayed, so we arrived very late at 3 am, while we had trouble finding our lodging the owner came to help us. The next morning we got a full breakfast and his son showed us the lake and helped us with using their sauna. Simple marvelous, thanks again we had a great time.“
