Bright, functional, modern and new, our apartment guarantees you the level of comfort essential for a pleasant stay in all seasons. The residence is secured by a digital code. The apartment has a private parking space in the underground car park. A bicycle storage room is also available. Located on the ground floor, our apartment has a private covered terrace of 8m² with garden furniture and sun loungers. Fully furnished on one level, it is composed of: - an entrance with storage cupboard - a living room with lounge (TV, WIFI), dining room and open kitchen (ceramic hob, electric oven, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher), - a bedroom: 1 bed 160x200 - a bathroom with shower - a separate toilet - a storeroom with washing machine. For your comfort, sheets, towels and household linen are included. The bed is made upon your arrival. Baby equipment (travel cot and high chair) is available.
