„Booked this hotel last minute on Expedia after traveling all day. When we went to check-in, the staff was RUDE and tried to charge us an additional $40. He refused to rent the room to us. Expedia said it was a non-refundable room, but we spoke to the manager, and stated he would cancel our reservation and get it refunded. That was the only good thing about it! „The property was beautiful and loaded with amenities! It just wasn’t super clean, I kept randomly finding things throughout my stay that were progressively more dirty. The soles of my feet were completely black at the end of my stay despite not going outside. I found dirty dishes in the cabinet, spiderwebs strung through almost every set of blinds, random clumps of hair, and even a toenail on the cover for the pullout bed.“

„Brewster hall was a pleasant surprise! Everything was clean and the space and beds were amazing. Felt safe, it was quiet, and a good experience. It was a large space but the rooms did not have closets, they had bars to hang up clothing. I would have loved to have seen a suitcase rack in each room and a shoe rack by the front door. But definitely not a deal breaker. We will stay a Brewster Hall every time we come to town if possible.“
