Modernes und professionelles Business-Hotel
Das Park Inn in Davao ist ein modernes und professionelles Business-Hotel. Größter Pluspunkt ist die direkte Anbindung ans Einkaufszentrum SM Lanang, das über eine Brücke im ersten Obergeschoss zu erreichen ist. Das Hotel ist zudem technisch auf neusten Stand mit schnellem WLAN, guter Klimaanlage und hohen Sicherheitsstandards. Es eignet sich allerdings nicht für einen Badeurlaub, da die Zimmer keine Balkone haben und der Pool relativ klein ist. Zudem ist das Preisniveau der Übernachtungen und Getränke für Davao recht hoch. Man spart allerdings die nervigen Taxifahrten zur Mall und die Wartezeit in den üblichen Staus.

Hotel verbunden mit dem neuen SM Lanang
Das Park Inn ist ein recht neues Hotel in Davao in der Nähe zum Flughafen. Wir hatten dort eine tolle Zeit, es war einfach alles perfekt. Eingangsbereich ist sehr freundlich und modern. Zimmer sind sehr groß, das Bett ist fantastisch, im Zimmer gibt es ein zusätzliches Sofa, welches sich als Zustellbett eignet. Der Swimming Pool ist nicht sehr groß, aber hat sehr schöne Liegen direkt im Wasser. Frühstück hatten wir leider nicht.

Perfect, best in Davao
This new hotel is the best choice in Davao, in my opinion. Opened recently, this hotel offers everything for good stay. Good breakfast, great rooms, excellent service and on top a walk way (brigde) to the brand new Lanang Shopping mall with restaurants, supermarket, cinema, bowling and billard, ... All in all a perfect adress for a stay in Davao. I will stay there again for sure.

The Park Inn by Radisson is a very modern hotel attached to a mall which makes dining, shopping, and currency exchange conveniently available. Hotel staff are very friendly, attentive, and always eager to assist. The rooms and all public areas are very clean. Swimming, gym and parking are available. I highly recommend this hotel. This will be my “go to” hotel next time I’m in Davao.

information staffs don’t smile at all, the service is poor, television wasn’t working until the next day. the pool water and showers are so cold. If you order something you have to wait for a long time before you can have it. The aircon is so loud we had hard time sleeping and I think it’s dusty because my housedust allergy was triggered.

Hotel is extremely nice with a very pleasant ambience. However, their bath amenities were not refilled as we run out of shower gel, liquid hand soap were almost empty and only 2 towels were provided even though the number of guests were confirmed prior to arrival. They also mentioned that only 3 guests are allowed in the room which is a contradicting information as expedia clearly says that, "sleeps 4" which adds stress during our check in process. They didn't even mention that I got a food and beverage credit not until I ask them to confirm it on their side. If I didn't check thoroughly my reservation in expedia, I might have lose those credits. Also, the bedside telephone in the room is also not working. I even have to go downstairs to ask them about placing room service order or any other way to contact them. They advised me to use the telephone in the bathroom which is not ideal since I have to wait for someone to finish using the bathroom before I can even call room service. Lastly, when we placed orders in room service for breakfast there are some items missing. We only asked for extra plate, spoon and fork but those items didn't arrive. Much worse, the black tea that comes with Filipino breakfast is also missing. We called 3 times to follow up for those orders, but to no avail. The reason I gave them 3 stars is only because of the location, room condition and for being a beautiful hotel.

Sound proofing inadequate. TV of adjacent room sound was on from 11:00 pm to 2:30 am. Room service for porter didn’t show up Food is terrible- bad preparation and too salty that the chef apologized. Front desk was too slow and keeps making error with the bill.

There was mould in the shower on floor and walls. We were told breakfast was included when we booked out however we were told it wasnt .All in all it was an expensive breakfast for a cup of coffee that wasnt really good and a piece of whatever the toast was ,which was raw and very doughy. The staff was very friendly however the gym was closed and they were using an empty room as an alternative gym with only one treadmill and it was president and only a few weights. The room we slept in was clean and housekeeping was very courteous and helpful and always kept our room spotless. Breakfast was nice and staff was willing to cook anything we needed if it wasn't on the buffet. Once they get their gym remodeled it should be the perfect place place.

This was our 3rd stay at the Park Inn, and they have all been wonderful. No complaints. Great and friendly staff, always ready to be of help. When we reached the room, the safe was not working - dead battery. I called the front desk, and within minutes maintenance was there and fixed it quickly. Very efficient operation. Having a 3 level mall across the street, with numerous restaurants, and a covered sky walk from the hotel is really convenient.

It took for them about 2 hours and a few phone calls from me to bring a pillow to my room. Beds are tiny, bedsheets dirty, no face towels. Food is the worst I tried in my entire life. They brought us pizza covered with onions on pre make dough from grocery store. All food was horrible. My 12 years old kid cooks better.

The property is very quiet, ensuring a great night's rest. The bed sheets are super soft, boasting excellent cotton quality, and the room size is very large compared to similarly rated properties. However, the washroom's plumbing system, including the shower and sanitary fittings, is old and showing its age. When compared to other similar 4-star hotels, it doesn't meet those standards. The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. The staff is extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. Finally, if you're looking to swim in the pool, be aware that due to the hotel's orientation, it doesn't receive any sunshine at all during my stay, which was in the first two weeks of December.

Good location however pool is painted incorrectly slippery outside grippy and abrasive inside, kids get scrapes easy. Adjoining rooms don’t work because doors don’t shut, promised to fix but never showed.
