„If you’re expecting to walk out the back door and onto the beach, this area is restricted and does not have direct beach access. It is an excellent location on the island. Centrally located, easy to get in and out of. Cozy neighborhood feel and somewhat secluded at the same time. Excellent for a couple or small family getaway. Super clean and comfortable. I have had 2 stays at this house. It is almost like a second home. Easy to relax and unwind.“

„We really enjoyed our visit! Margie was so sweet, my husband told her we hadn't had room to stop and grocery shop along the way so we ask her where the nearest grocery store was and she offered us pizza from her freezer! We declined of course but it's the thought that counts! The house could use a bit of repairs and updates but nothing to the point that it effected our stay at all, it's a nice neighbor, a beautifully decorated home, and kind hosts, we didn't want to leave!“

„Property in a great location on the island….close to restaurants, public beaches, gift shops. Even though sits back off the beach with 2 houses in front of it you can still sit on front porch and see the beach and ocean. Inside is incredible! Clean, many beds and bathrooms comfortable living area and kitchen area. We had an amazing time here and will be back.“

„Starting with the positives, it’s nicely situated on a small inlet that is about 3 feet deep and filled with oyster cribs. It’s pretty quiet with a lot of birds. The deck is nice to sit on and relax.The rooms and beds are nice, as are the bathrooms. The living space (LR and DR) is comfortable. It has a few amenities—the kayaks and cornhole boards—that are a plus. It’s a 10-minute drive to the ferry and Fort Morgan, a 20-minute drive to town, and a 15-minute walk to the ocean.
