We, family of 4, stayed 10 days, off season, at City Garden's Apartments. Very quiet, walking distance to shopping precinct, fantastic Cafe 21 just around the corner. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable, very clean apartment, hats off too housekeeping, they tided our apartment when we got up early, thank you! It had everything we needed, parking out front. We would recommend to others and would also return

Upgrades are continuous. Due to Covid-19 we are lucky none the less to still be in business. It has set things back a bit but upgrades will continue.

Place was great but two of the air conditioners didn’t seem to work and we couldn’t really use the beautiful out door area due to people next door being allowed to smoke so close to us.

The air con issues have been rectified and unfortunately I can' stop people smoking outside. Being a reformed smoker myself I can understand exactly how you feel.

Best stay in Darwin in a time of need
The Manager (Guy) was super amazing and allowed us a late checkout despite being at 100% capacity (because our 4yo daughter had a operation at the Darwin Hospital the day before). I offered to pay and he refused to accept any additional payment.

An Oasis in the City
An excellent place to base yourself and explore the city and further out attractions. Had a really relaxed atmosphere with lots of trees giving the resort feeling. Only 2 story's so it wasn't a concrete jungle.

If there was something wrong you should have mentioned it and a solution may have been sorted but in my experience, as you remain anonymous I guess there was another underlying issue for your negative review. Cleanliness within each apartment is our number 1 priority and is actually reflected in many of our reviews. We always try and rectify any problem that arises and is disappointing when people don't give us the opportunity.
