„We had a lovely stay at this amazing house. It was perfectly set out giving 4 generations their own space. The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge space was brilliant. The pool was excellent and enjoyed by everyone. The host was lovely and always available by email if you needed anything.“

There are some great walks from the house with Dartmouth just a short ferry ride away. Very good breakfasts available 2 mins down the road at Ebb & Flow. Netflix was an added bonus.“

„This is a magnificent location and the views from the house and also the decking over the river dart are breathtaking. We gambled with the weather by booking in May. But the indoor pool and hot tub came into their own when the weather didn’t play nicely!! The village itself is lovely, but beware of those Devon hills especially when walking anywhere in the village.“

„We were a group of rowing friends coming to an event on the Dart. The house was absolutely perfect, clean, fresh, well equipped for meals at home, easy to walk into town and beautifully presented. There was a decking area at the from that caught the morning and evening sun and we sat out around the outside table. It was a perfect stay.“

With crazy weather, it was terrific to have the ferries so close. I love going round the house looking at the pictures, ornaments and soft furnishings. „Lovely little house,location fantastic. Everything you needed was supplied, books games even dishwasher tablets and cleaning equipment. Just needs a little TLC. Small negative, we didnt realise the property was over four floors until we got our final confirmation. This caused a slight problem as we had my eighty year old mother with us. All in all a great little getaway and would definitely book the house again.“

„This cottage is in a lovely location in Dartmouth and has quite a lot of space. However, the furnishings are a little tired and there was no communication from the manager about key things like what to do with rubbish, which meant that we had to clean up after seagulls looting through rubbish on a daily basis. Comfortable beds and sofa, though one end of the sofa is very noisy! Also no heating and it was not warm in later June/early July.“

„The location is fantastic for checking out all the local music venues! We really enjoyed having a private ensuite bathroom for each bedroom, even though they were on the small side. Just a heads up, there are quite a few stairs so it might not be the best choice for anyone with mobility issues or knee problems. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely tell our friends to check it out!“
