A Home to Relax and Unwind
The double bed and corner sofa share one room, so there is space to spread out and settle in front of the smart TV in the evening. The kitchen sits separately, which keeps cooking smells away from where you sleep. Toiletries are provided in the bathroom to keep mornings simple.

• Living and sleeping area: Combined room with a double bed, a corner sofa and a smart TV with streaming.

• Kitchen: Full kitchen kept separate from the living space, with an oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge freezer and a washing machine.

• Bathroom: Bath with a shower over it, heated towel rail and complimentary toiletries. It opens straight through to the kitchen.

Location
The flat sits on a quiet street close enough to walk into the town centre but set back from the noise of it. There is good food, green space and a slice of railway history all within easy reach on foot.

Good to Know Before You Book
The bathroom opens straight through to the kitchen, so the two areas share one run. The living and sleeping area is a single combined room, kept separate from the kitchen. Parking is free on the street outside but cannot be reserved, so a nearby space will depend on the day. Check-in is from 3pm using the keybox at the front door; full details are sent on the morning of arrival.

Extra charges
Early check-in and late check out can be arranged for £10 per hour, subject to availability. Dogs are welcome at £30 per pet per stay, up to a maximum of 1; please include any pets when you book.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £100 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
