„Wärmflaschenservice und Kaminservice sind sehr hervorzuheben Schöner Lobbybereich Sehr gutes Essen“

„Good property to stay at very good location. Staffs are polite and helpful. Only problem I faced while checking out that they could not find my payment which already made during booking the room on hotels.com.There must have some communication gap between hotel and hotel.com causing unnecessary delay in checking out.“

„Wonderful, relaxing stay with extra interest in learning about the growing and processing of tea. Delicious food, freshly prepared onsite. Staff friendly and helpful. Room and bed comfortable and clean. Really enjoyed the visit to the tea factory and walk around the estate. Make sure you book the airport transfer - price is reasonable and difficult to find for people who don't know. “

„The room was clean. However, the toilet was not up to the mark. Water was leaking from wash basin and made the floor slippery and wet. Water from bath area had no guided outlet. It was flowing to the drain after making entire bath room wet. As a result going to the commode area was difficult as one has to walk over fully wet floor. Sterling Park management must renovate the toilet fully and ensure that these problems are totally taken care of.“

„Rooms were clean, staffs were amazing and great location.“

„Perfect place to stay and have a nice dinner. “

„Incredible views of the lake! Not very clean, there was mold growing on some of the walls and lots of bugs “

„Only a very short stay, but staff helpful, room was clean and well maintained.“
