„This house was in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect size for my husband and I. We went to AR on our motorcycle and this house was in a central location for six scenic routes. Jerry and Amy were very welcoming and made check in/check out very easy. The house was very clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. If we stay in the area again we will check to see if this house is available. “

„I would say the cottage is modest but comfortable. It is located at the edge of Petit Jean State Park so it is near everything the park has to offer. I planned to bring my dog but changed my mind at the last minute. It would have been perfect for travel with a pet. It is located far from the highway and has a very large field for dogs to run and play. “

„We had a wonderful time. They had a full breakfast in the fridge. Homemade and some store bought snacks. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. We had a relaxing few days and the hostess is close by if you do need anything. Our dogs didn't know what to think oʻf the cows but they felt at home there.“

„Great location on the lake but the property was terribly disappointing. Loose flagstone pieces in the exterior area were a hazard, as well as broken decking slats. No handrails on the outside steps or the interior stairs. Broken window shades, unfinished and dirty closets, etc. Worst of all, the entire home is noticeably leaning toward the water with uneven floors that throw you off balance. „The house is in a great location if you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay. It’s secluded and the sunsets are the best! The home was fully stocked with everything you need to stay including games and the hot tub was a plus. The host answered any questions I had promptly and checkout was easy. “
