das Hotel hat einen hohen Standard die Küche ist sehr gut,leider wird es von vielen Menschen nicht gewürdigt,da gibt's beim Dinner schon mal kurze Hosen( Männer) .Das Essen in Buffetform , somit werden die Teller vollgepackt,ätzend............Kantinenformat... wir haben a la Carte gegessen und es war ausgezeichnet,empfehlenswert allerdings hat das ein eigenes Restaurant verdient , um nicht mit dem Buffet konfrontiert zu werden , die rooftopbar hat mit guten Getränken und aufmerksamen Personal gepunktet..

I had a great experience for visiting my first time. The staff was exceptional and my room was amazing. The only problem i had firing my time in Tanzania was the nonstop rain and flooding. Other than that the trip was amazing. I couldn't have picked a better hotel to stay in.

Nice hotel, but really slow service. We had to wait almost 40 minutes every time we ordered something at restaurent at the hotel.

First the staff are excellent, every single person that works at the Hyatt is friendly, helpful, just amazing all around. The food is the best though, in all the restaurant on property. Their food is fresh, delicious, they use local produce to make the meals. I travelled extensively and The Hyatt Dar Es Salaam was one of the best places i have stayed because the people made the experience AMAZING.

They forgot to charge us for a few food items, and proceeded to call/email/text us about the $35 charge about 8 times in the timespan of an hour. Ridiculous. Our room was also dirty and damaged.
